Understand the fundamentals of emotions in infants and toddlers.

Learn the difference of giving in (not helpful) and being with (very helpful)

Learn strategies for helping children develop a healthy emotional literacy foundation(experience, express, and regulate)

Learn strategies for helping children acquire the capacity for emotional regulation (self/emotional control)
