AARP will host its first Family Caregiving Virtual Fair, Thursday, November 19, 2015 where participants can drop in online anytime between 12 noon – 4 p.m. EST from the comfort of their home or office. This online fair provides family caregivers with the opportunity to connect and share with other family caregivers, connect with professionals, learn more about health, financial and legal matters and ask questions during our live chats!
Our fair is divided into five areas:

1. The Plaza, where you can access the multiple locations;
2. The Exhibit Hall, where you interact with participating organizations and programs Featured exhibitors include our very own AARPTEK, Home Fit, Driver Safety, and Financial Resilience programs, as well as key partnering organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association, American Cancer Society, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Check out full list of exhibitors as well as the fair program schedule here.
3. The Resource Library, where you can see all of the tools, tips, and handouts available throughout the fair
4. The Mix & Mingle Lounge, where you can participate in open and scheduled chats, and share your thoughts and tips in the message posts
5. And the Auditorium, which has scheduled presentations and on-demand videos and webinars on various caregiving topics

AARP developed this event to help family caregivers just like you connect with professionals in the field, learn more about health, legal and financial matters, and ask questions during our live chats.
